Rehab didn’t stop Lindsay Lohan from celebrating her 21st. The freckled one partied at a beach house in a bikini with pals Samantha Ronson, DJ AM, Evan Ross, her mom and her sister. She also started taking pictures of the paparazzi with her own telephoto lens. Allegedly, no alcohol was served. Lindsay left at 2:15 a.m. to go back to Promises where she will continue treatment of her alcoholism by receiving daily massages, pedicures, five-star meals and daily soakings in the hot tub. Rehab is tough.
