A warrant is out for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest

Judge Marsha Revel has issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest due to her not showing up at court this morning. Lohan is still sticking to the “I lost my passport” story, however, she’ll have a chance to vindicate herself as the DA will ask the judge to have Lindsay and her lawyer bring the plane ticket she claimed to have purchased when she lost her passport.

Currently, bail is set at $100,000 but Lindsay will have to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet called a SCRAM and submit to random drug tests at least once a week.

TMZ further reports that Lindsay may be stopped at customs and arrested because, according to a rep for the US Customs and Border Protection, “Anyone who enters the country who has an active warrant in the law enforcement database will be detained by their office and local authorities will be called.”

If I were Lindsay, I’d just stay in Cannes until the festival is over. She’s going to be arrested anyway. She might as well make the most of it. She’s pretty much given the finger to the DA and the judge. The only way she could make things worse is if she kicked a baby in the head and even then, it won’t be by much.
