Lindsay sentenced to 90 days in jail

Judge Marsha Revel determined today that Lindsay Lohan violated her probation. Judge Marsha Revel then sentenced Lindsay to 90 days in jail with another 90-day inpatient rehab program. Lindsay is to surrender in court in two weeks on July 20. Oh and when the judge said 30 days, another 30 days and another 30 days, Lindsay started bawling.

“I am not taking this as a joke. This is my life. As far as I knew I was being in compliance with my program. When I would ask to leave town, they would give me permission to leave town. I wasn’t expecting any special treatment, other than the understanding that I have to provide for myself and my schedule is very different.”

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.

The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn’t fly.

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.”

Lindsay will still have to wear her SCRAM during these two weeks.

May I be the first to say, bwahahahahhaha. I’d still like to see how much actual jail time Lindsay does. Maybe those 90 days will be cut down to 90 minutes for good behavior and overcrowding. That’s how LA works, right? As long as you don’t shank anyone in their crowded jail, you get to have your sentence cut down by 89 days.
