Rihanna may not be dating anyone but she is definitely still hanging out with Chris Brown. The two were seen together at the Qubeey Channel launch party at Jeff Franklin’s Beverly Hills mansion. A witness says they kissed a few times and held hands for a minute. They did leave separately. Just in case Chris Brown’s fist got any funny ideas.
