The Cops are Out to Get Lindsay Lohan

Despite multiple witnesses saying Lindsay Lohan was behind the wheel when her Porsche rear-ended a big rig, Lindsay is still denying it and claims cops are out to get her.

As previously reported, Lindsay faces prosecution for lying to the police when she told them she wasn’t driving. Lindsay is “terrified” of going back to jail because Judge Stephanie Sautner was clear that she would violate her probation if she broke the law again. Consequently, Lindsay plans to throw herself at the mercy of the court.

That’s entirely unnecessary. There’s no way Lindsay will spend a full 24 hours in jail. You’d have a better chance of seeing Christina Aguilera fit into a size 0 than seeing that happen.
