Adele Twerks Onstage

Adele exudes the kind of sophistication that warrants intimidation. But after dozens of interviews, boasting her rap skills, her thoughts on fame and paparazzi photos of her son gleefully dressed as a princess, she’s taken on a more approachable cult of personality. And if we’re being honest, she’s exactly the kind of woman I’d like to be friends with.

So she raps… she belts… she’s personable as all hell. What can’t she do? The singer is presently on tour for her 25 album, stopped at London’s O2 Arena, Adele takes pause:

I think I just twerked.

Unsure, she does it again.

I can’t do it that well. My whole body has to move. My bum could break my back, it’s so enormous.

I’d call that a successful twerk. Girl’s gotta donk and she knows how to use it. Can we expect some twerking tunes to come from Adele in the future?
