Michael “Jim” Delligatti, the creator of the Big Mac, has died at 98. Pour out some of that secret sauce in his honor.
Delligatti created the Big Mac in the mid-1960’s and McDonald’s went with the idea in 1968. There have been many imitators, but McDonald’s and the Big Mac are still the leading cause of obesity in America.
I was just at McDonald’s. Now I know why they were less friendly than usual.
