A few days ago, Rihanna got a new neck tattoo. It reads: “rebelle fleur.” Translated, it’s supposed to mean “rebel flower.” But there’s a grammatical error.
According to Popeater, adjectives follow the nouns they modify in French so the tattoo should actually be “fleur rebelle.”
I’m just waiting for the day when a celebrity gets a horrible tattoo in a foreign language that’s slang for something else. Sort of like how “Paris Hilton” means “whore” in 7 different languages.
Don’t get tattoos in languages you don’t speak, duh! Just like Spencer Pratt with the “I love cock” in Japanese tattooed inside his lower lip.
No, that was intentional.
