Lindsay Lohan in Violation of Probation

Authorities have now stated without a doubt that Lindsay Lohan violated “several aspects” of her probation. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said the violation occurred when Lindsay got into an altercation with former Betty Ford Center staff member Dawn Holland after sneaking back to the center from a bar.

Authorities plan to send the result of their investigation to the district attorney’s office to decide if the actress should face battery charges — even though the former staff member has said she will no longer cooperate with the investigation and does not want charges filed, the department said Monday.

“It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the district attorney’s office later this week,” the sheriff’s office added.

Lindsay’s probation ends in August and will go to court on Feb. 1 to see if she’s fulfilling the terms of her probation. Judge Fox told Lindsay that if she violated the rules of her rehab or failed a drug test before her next court date with him on Feb. 25, she’d be jailed for 180 days.

The likelihood of that happening is laughable. You’d have a better chance at seeing a unicorn trotting through the streets of LA before you see Lindsay Lohan spend 6 months in jail. The worse she’ll get is the judge batting his eyelashes at her and punching Dawn Holland in the face for being a snitch.
