Mel Gibson Finally Tells Himself to ‘Shut the F**k Up’

Mel Gibson would really like to go back to being seen as a charming movie star and not an anti-semitic, wife abusing nutball.

To plug his newest movie Hacksaw Ridge, Gibson appeared on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert and spoke about his past.

“When you look back on your life, do you think you’ll have any regrets?” asked Colbert. “No. Not one,” said Gibson to laughs. “They tend to come in clusters.”

Colbert went on to ask if Gibson had any advice for his younger self. Mel said tell Lil’ Mel to worry less, live life to the fullest and “Shut the f**k up.”

Will this older, kinder, more bearded Mel Gibson stay? Or will he reveal himself to still be a crazed racist who doesn’t believe in birth control for religious reasons? Only time will tell and hopefully old Gibson will heed his own advice.
