Steven Seagal One Step Away From Being Russian Vice President

Earlier this month, Vladimir Putin enlisted Steven Seagal as a Russian citizen. Now, Putin is going one stop further: giving Seagal a Russian passport.

By the end of the year, Putin will bring back the Vice President position and appoint Seagal as his new VP. And no American would be able to laugh at this because Seagal is way more qualified to be Russian Vice President than Donald Trump is as American President.

I still think all of this is the plot to Expendables 3.
