Jeff Goldblum Was Almost the Voice of Apple’s Siri

As if we aren’t already living in some kind of hell world where nothing goes right, we almost had Jeff Goldblum as the voice of Apple, but of course we don’t have it.

We don’t deserve anything that pure.

During a recent TV performance, Goldblum said that Steve Jobs hit him up about it one time.

From Cnet:

“Steve Jobs called me up a few decades ago to be the voice of Apple. That was early on, and I did not know it was Steve Jobs.”

Instead of Siri a la Jeff Goldblum, we have Susan Bennett, whoever that is.

Goldblum was recently in Australia promoting an app that got him on board by handing out free sausages. The app is Menulog, a food ordering app built specifically so you never have to talk to anyone ever again.

Sounds great.
