Amber Heard Needs to Lawyer Up Again

Amber Heard needs another lawyer, any recommendations? Word out now that Australia is investigating Heard over an ongoing perjury case.

Heard and then husband Johnny Depp brought their two dogs, Pistol and Boo, into Australia in 2015 without declaring them. Australia has a pet quarantine policy that requires a minimum ten day quarantine at a Melbourne quarantine facility. Not even gonna make any dumb COVID jokes here.

Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment says (per ET):

The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (department) is investigating allegations of perjury by Ms. Heard during court proceedings for the 2015 illegal importation of (her) two dogs into Australia.

In July 2015, Australia charged Heard with two counts of illegally importing the animals and one count for falsifying documents. My guess is that the falsifying document relates to not declaring the pets on their customs form.

Australia dropped the charges when she pled guilty to the falsifying document charge. Australia had deemed the case closed.

Yet in October 2021, Australia said “the department is seeking to obtain witness statements and once obtained, the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions will consider whether the evidence is sufficient to warrant pursuance of the matter.”

Doesn’t make sense why Australia reopened this case. She pled guilty? What else is there to do. Too bad Heard can’t cry in front of the Australian officials. We all know how well she can cry.

Also, Heard is taking the fall for Depp. Those were THEIR dogs. Yet, only one of them had to sign the form. No doubt Depp had her do it to avoid putting his name on any official document.

This means more lawyer fees for Heard. Maybe more money having to travel to Australia to fight this. The legal system draining someone’s finances as usual.

Depp with his millions of dollars and power will find his way back into Hollywood. They’re already coming with bags of money to get him to mumble for them.

Meanwhile, Heard is doing what, shopping at T.J. Maxx, waiting for non-existent acting roles. The only roles she’s getting are interviews to talk about her time with Depp.
