Lindsay Lohan Was Blindsided

Lindsay Lohan has gotten so used to weaseling her way out of any serious consequences that when Judge Stephanie Saunter sentenced her to 120 days in jail on Friday, Lindsay was stunned. According to a source, Lindsay felt “blindsided” and described the ruling as “ridiculous” and “f**ked up.”

Now Lindsay is coming up with conspiracy theories about why this happened to poor, innocent her. She believes prosecutor Danette Meyers is on a “witch hunt” against her. Sources — *cough*Dina Lohan*cough* — says Lindsay believes Meyers is using Lindsay as her own press release to keep herself in the spotlight.

The only problem with that theory is it’s not true. TMZ notes Sautner asked the judge to remove her from the case once the felony was knocked down to a misdemeanor and Meyers has prosecuted hundreds of high profile cases in her 2 decades as a prosecutor.

But poor Lindsay doesn’t believe it. Everyone is out to get her! Sure she breaks a few laws here and there, violates probation and is continually in contempt of court even once writing “F**k U” on her fingernails, but that doesn’t mean she should be treated like a criminal.

One thing on everyone’s mind is how this will affect the first acting job she’s gotten in years? Well, no one knows if she’s going to replaced in the Gotti movie because a spokesman for producer Marc Fiore declined to comment. I take that to mean Marc is punching his stuffed animals in frustration right now for potentially losing all his publicity.
