Katy Perry’s New Song Is Getting Slapped on NBC’s Olympics’ Coverage and It’s an Insult to the Athletes

How much longer can they keep shoving Katy Perry down our throats before there is a full out Iggy Azalea style rejection of her by the public?

I mean you can listen to this if you want to, but you really don’t need to. It sounds like every other Katy Perry song.

An entire city of people have already been thrown under the bus by the world so we can watch some jocks’ dicks bounce around in water full of flesh eating bacteria. The world’s best are being put in horrible danger. An entire city of people have been fucked with in the most evil way.

I feel like slapping a Katy Perry song, or a bunch of generic cliches strung together, on this fuckfest is definitely the whitest s**t of the week. Look at the lyrics from her new generic empowerment anthem, “Rise.”

I won’t just survive
Oh, you will see me thrive
Can write my story
I’m beyond the archetype
I won’t just conform
No matter how you shake my core
Cause my roots, they run deep, oh

This s**t has no rhythm, it doesn’t sound good together, it hardly rhymes, and it’s almost even more generic and plastic than Katy Perry is.

Hear me out, whether you like Lady Gaga or Taylor Swift or not, they have a branded personality. You know what they are. Lady Gaga tries really hard to be deep, but isn’t.  Taylor Swift is a human victim card.

What the f**k is Katy Perry’s personality? At least her fake brand identity one? Who the f**k is she? Other than that she fucked Russell Brand and doesn’t like Taylor Swift what do we know about her? Nothing. All her fucking lyrics look like this. If I didn’t tell you this chunk of blandness was from her new song you wouldn’t know.

Cause When, when the fire’s at my feet again
And the vultures all start circling
They’re whispering, “you’re out of time.”
But still, I rise
This is no mistake, no accident
When you think the final end is near; think again
Don’t be surprised, I will still rise

The world’s athletes deserve so much better than a corrupt city with no hospitals or police and Katy Perry. They aint train all their lives for this s**t.

What do you think the chances are that Isadorah would be saying that this is the best song ever written if the artist behind it was black instead of white?

Another syntactically-broken, functionally-illiterate, ad hominem rant in search of a thesis.
