Lindsay Lohan failed her drug test

Lindsay Lohan is on probation. Under the terms of her probation she has to submit to court mandated drug tests. She took one last week. Guess how that went?

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for cocaine last week and that is why she failed her drug test … sources tell TMZ.

One source connected with Lindsay tells TMZ … “People with addiction problems don’t get better magically, and she’s really been making an effort to make herself better.”

And D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons tells TMZ her office has not been “officially notified” of the test results and no court date has been set yet.

Lindsay is denying the reports but TMZ has confirmed and says she could get 30 days in jail.

Sad because she was doing really well ignoring the terms of her probation by going to New York and then spending all night out. It’s a conspiracy, I tell ya. Someone must have planted that cocaine in her blood stream.

Update: TMZ is saying Lindsay failed multiple drug tests. Each could carry a 30 day jail sentence.
