Want more Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian news? Too bad, you’re getting it anyway.
Yesterday, Rob Kardashian had a mental breakdown and posted nude pictures of Blac Chyna on the internet. The pictures were deleted, so he just posted them again. Today, Blac Chyna is threatening legal action.
Here’s what her attorney had to say:
“If Chyna were to sue Rob [in civil court], she would certainly be able to take into account all the damages she would suffer, not only from the irreparable emotional impact, but also from the costs that would go into her gaining control over the [spread of] the images.”
“With the accompanying words, there can be no misgivings about his intent,”
California has a law against “revenge porn” and, surprise, posting nude photos of your ex who is bragging about cheating on you counts as revenge porn. The offense carries a six-month jail sentence and a $1,000 fine. Plus all the money he’s going to owe Blac.
There were reports that the case could get dismissed because Chyna was liking the photos on Instagram, thus showing there was no negative emotional impact.
This is the problem with the button being called the “like” button. She may have just been showing she saw it and she won’t forget it. She may not actually “like” the photo, she was just creepy and keeping it in her memory bank. They should really have more options besides “like.” Facebook learned this lesson, catch up, Instagram.
I bet Rob wishes he didn’t brag about all that money he’s been spending lately now. Chyna is about to take him to cleaners to the point where he’ll be selling his own nude photos just pay her off. Please, God, don’t let it get to that point.
This story isn’t anywhere close to being over. Because nothing involving the Kardashian Klan is ever close to being over.
